About

A recruitment business built to work in a clearer, more direct way.

Talent Signal was set up to offer a more personal, grounded way of handling permanent recruitment. Fewer layers, clearer conversations and a process that stays close to the detail.

Why the business exists

Why Talent Signal was started.

Talent Signal was built around a simple idea: recruitment usually works better when the person leading the search stays close to the brief, the process and the conversations that matter.

Hiring processes can become more complicated than they need to be. Work gets passed around, communication becomes patchy and both clients and candidates end up doing more chasing than they should. This business was set up to keep things simpler and more joined up.

We work across permanent hiring in the UK. That includes senior and specialist roles, but the aim is not to dress the work up as something it is not. The aim is to help clients hire well, communicate properly and run a process that reflects well on the business.

The business is run directly by its founder, which means direct involvement, straightforward communication and a process that stays accountable from start to finish.

How we work

What clients can expect.

Honest advice

If something in the brief, process or timeline needs to change, we will say so clearly.

Care with the shortlist

We would rather send a few well-matched people than a long list that creates more work.

Long-term fit

Permanent hiring works best when the role, person and business are genuinely right for each other.

Respect on both sides

Clients and candidates should both get clear communication and a fair process.
